With opulent villas and plush suites, the resort offers a peaceful haven for guests. The property features specialty restaurants, pools, spas, and leisure facilities, including a temperature-controlled, infinity-edge pool facing the expansive lagoon.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Room Service / Delivery Boy at REEF RESORT in Manama. The Room Service / Delivery Boy will be responsible for delivering meals and other requested items to guest rooms, ensuring prompt and courteous service. They will also assist with customer inquiries, provide information about the resort's facilities and services, and handle guest requests and complaints in a professional manner.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience in the Food & Beverage industry
Ability to handle logistics and manage transportation
Training in guest service or hospitality is a plus
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry items
Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
