Role Overview
Otis is growing and is looking for a maintenance mechanic for one of our entities located in Bahrain. Your priority is to ensure the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by safely maintaining a portfolio of elevator and escalator units.
On a typical day, you will:
- Carry out 100% of the routine elevator and escalator maintenance and service visits of the units within your territory.
- Work within your defined geographical area/territory, managing the portfolio of elevators within it.
- Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first-time fix.
- Carry out minor repairs to achieve continual operation.
- Carry out modernization works.
- Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship.
What You Will Need to Be Successful
- You have an ITI or engineering diploma.
- You have at least 3-6 years of experience in the elevator sector.
- You have good skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
- You are a committed professional, with safety as your priority.
- You are comfortable communicating with others.
- You are curious, adaptable, and know how to work alone or in a team.
- You are comfortable using electronic and digital tools.

تبحث أوتيس عن فني صيانة لإحدى وحداتها في البحرين. أولويتك هي ضمان سلامة الركاب وأصحاب المصلحة الفنيين من خلال الصيانة الآمنة لمجموعة من وحدات المصاعد والسلالم المتحركة.
في يومك المعتاد، ستقوم بـ:
- تنفيذ 100% من أعمال الصيانة الروتينية للمصاعد والسلالم المتحركة وزيارات الخدمة للوحدات داخل منطقتك.
- العمل ضمن منطقتك الجغرافية المحددة، وإدارة مجموعة المصاعد ضمنها.
- الاستجابة بشكل استباقي وسريع لإصلاح أي أعطال، مع السعي لتحقيق الإصلاح من المرة الأولى.
- إجراء إصلاحات بسيطة لتحقيق التشغيل المستمر.
- إجراء أعمال التحديث.
- التواصل مباشرة مع العملاء أثناء تواجدك في الموقع لبناء علاقة عمل جيدة.
ما تحتاجه لتكون ناجحًا
- لديك دبلوم ITI أو هندسة.
- لديك خبرة لا تقل عن 3-6 سنوات في قطاع المصاعد.
- لديك مهارات جيدة في الكهرباء والهندسة الكهربائية.
- أنت محترف ملتزم، مع سلامة كم الأولوية.
- أنت مرتاح في التواصل مع الآخرين.
- أنت فضولي، مرن، وتعرف كيف تعمل بمفردك أو ضمن فريق.
