About the Job: The Research Team Lead is the leader of the Research Team, responsible for ensuring that the company has the most updated information regarding immigration programs, tax solutions, and banking options. Furthermore, the Research Team Lead ensures that Nomad Capitalist has a strong vendor network and grows new relationships with vendors. This role also involves fact-checking marketing materials before publishing.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Politics, Law, Business, or Economics (Master's preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure video content aligns with the brand’s vision, objectives, and messaging.
- Design and integrate motion graphics and visual effects to enhance storytelling and improve engagement across video projects.
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of video assets, including footage, audio, and motion graphic elements.
- Provide feedback and guidance on video projects produced by other team members, ensuring high standards of quality and creativity.
- Ensure all videos meet platform-specific technical requirements and are optimized for delivery across different media channels.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in video editing, production, and motion graphics design
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, design principles, and motion graphics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of video compression, encoding, and delivery workflows for different platforms
- A portfolio showcasing both video editing and motion graphics work, demonstrating creativity and technical skill
