We are looking for smart and talented people who will add to our collective energy and share the same excitement in making Multiplier a big deal. We are headquartered in Singapore, but our team is remote.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing employment agreements, commercial agreements, and corporate agreements.
- Providing accurate, relevant, and timely advice on legal topics (e.g., fintech, labor laws, corporate, etc.).
- Assisting with the review and negotiation of client and vendor agreements and furthering internal compliance initiatives.
- Providing day-to-day proactive employment law counseling and support in resolving HR and legal employment issues.
- Handling and assisting in a variety of other issues and projects that arise from time to time.
What Do We Need?
- Experience of at least 3 years in a corporate environment.
- Available for a 4-5 months contract.
- Legal background or BA studies in a similar field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

ما الذي ستقوم به؟
- المساعدة في إعداد ومراجعة اتفاقيات التوظيف، والاتفاقيات التجارية، والاتفاقيات المؤسسية.
- تقديم نصائح دقيقة وذات صلة وفي الوقت المناسب حول المواضيع القانونية (مثل التكنولوجيا المالية، وقوانين العمل، والشركات، إلخ).
- المساعدة في مراجعة وتفاوض الاتفاقيات مع العملاء والموردين، ودعم مبادرات الامتثال الداخلية.
- تقديم المشورة القانونية حول قانون العمل بشكل يومي ودعم حل مشكلات العمل والمواضيع القانونية.
- التعامل مع مجموعة متنوعة من القضايا والمشاريع الأخرى التي تنشأ من وقت لآخر.
ما الذي نحتاجه؟
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في بيئة شركات.
- متاح لعقد مدته 4-5 أشهر.
- خلفية قانونية أو دراسات بكاليوس في مجال مشابه.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
- اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيمية.
- مهارات جيدة في الكتابة والتواصل الشفهي.
