Job Description:
1. Design and develop innovative landscape plans tailored to client preferences, site conditions, and budgetary constraints.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations.
3. Create detailed drawings, sketches, and renderings using CAD software or hand-drawn techniques.
4. Select appropriate plant species, hardscape materials, and outdoor furnishings to achieve desired aesthetic and functionality.
5. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and sustainable landscaping techniques.
Qualifications:
7. Proven experience in landscape design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical skills.
8. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and Adobe Creative Suite.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
10. Knowledge of plant species, irrigation systems, and landscape construction techniques.
11. Passion for sustainability and environmentally friendly landscaping practices.
