We ideally need you to have the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or any related discipline.
Master’s degree in Business Administration and/ or Human Resources or any related discipline.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role-prior consulting experience in a client facing role (essential).
Practical experience of organizational design and workforce planning projects.
