Salary: €150,000 plus bonus and incentives (negotiable)
Location: Remote - can be based in most EU countries (travel through EMEA required)

International Talent Partnership has been selected by a major construction equipment manufacturer to search for a Sales Director for Europe. The Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing the Group strategy across Europe, driving new business and working in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders to develop sales and services growth. The Sales Director is responsible to oversee, enhance and challenge the dealer network to ensure an optimal performance.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to build their own team across Europe, with a long-term view of moving into new areas like the Middle East and Africa once Europe is established.
Key focus areas;
Sales, marketing & aftersales management.
Dealer management.
Rental customers.
People management, financial reporting and budgeting, HR and administration.
Sets up the guidelines of a comprehensive market penetration strategy.
Recruitment - attracting new sales people into key areas of Europe for additional visibility.
