Position Overview:
We are looking for an HR Executive to support our HR department in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company by assisting with various HR functions.
Key Responsibilitie:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Managing tasks related to LMRA, SIO, Tamkeen
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Process employee requests regarding HR issues, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with payroll administration and timekeeping activities.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide information to employees as needed.

Requirements:
