Location: Fully Remote OR Berlin
Salary: €80,000 - €100,000
Role Overview: Focus on designing, developing, and enhancing TTS and STT models to improve speech technology performance, accuracy, and user experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize machine learning models for TTS and STT.
Manage model training and tuning to ensure high performance.
Collaborate with teams to integrate technologies into scalable products.
Stay updated on speech technology trends and research.
Work with NLP researchers and Software Engineers to implement new algorithms.
Candidate Profile:
Expert in TTS and STT with over 3 years of machine learning application experience.
Proficient in Python and familiar with modern ML tools.
