About the job
Your Role
Help build functional systems that improve customer experience and general network of the IT&R solutions and infrastructures ;
Manage infrastructure components (On premise / Cloud) ;
Deploy security request, FW & proxy rules (On premise / Cloud) ;
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade Network infrastructure based on Cisco technologies.
Configure and manage campus network devices, such as routers, switches (stacking), Wifi controller, ISE ;
Maintain and improve network & security monitoring ;
Provide Technical Support (Level 2) to help desk ;
Collaboration with Level 3 Network & Security to ensure successful implementation and integration of new technologies ;
Collaborate with Level 1 to improve knowledge and autonomous ;
Initiate, develop and follow automation tasks.
Your Profile
You hold a Bachelor degree or a Master degree in business informatics, information/security systems or related field ;
You have 3+ year of experience in IT with a successful practice as Network & Security Operations Engineer ;
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills ;
You have problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude ;
You are organized, rigorous, proactive and customer-oriented ;
You are recognized as a team player and able to work autonomously ;
You have a good command of English and French, both spoken and writte
