Data Privacy Manager EMEA (m/f/d)
Position Description:
Reporting to Corning’s Global Privacy Program Manager, the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Manager will work closely with and receive direction and guidance from the Chief Privacy Officer and the Global Privacy Program Manager to oversee the EMEA operational aspects of Corning’s global data privacy program. The role is responsible for all aspects of the Data Privacy Program within the EMEA region and will work to ensure the efficient and effective execution of key deliverables as laid out in Corning’s Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day execution of the global data privacy program and risk management process within the EMEA region.
Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners especially, but not exclusively, in the EMEA region to ensure successful implementation, execution, and enforcement of the company’s global data privacy program in the EMEA region.
Lead and manage the EMEA analyst.
Address Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) activities, including preliminary evaluation for need, initiation, review and approval of PIAs.
