Estimation Engineer – Electrical
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare tenders in line with tender specifications and drawings.
- Develop cost sheets, BOQs, and material lists.
- Handle variations by analyzing changes between tender design and IFC design/RFI.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure alignment with the budget.
- Create material submittals and shop drawings for consultant approval.
- Estimate costs for additional work/variations as per project specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants and main contractors for seamless execution.
- Review tender drawings and prepare queries for clarifications.
- Liaise with vendors/suppliers for quotation comparisons.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Proficiency in pre/post-tender activities, including variation & valuation.
- Strong skills in cost evaluation and analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP system projects.
- Experience in the Gulf construction industry.

Experience:
- Estimator: 3 years (Required)
Draftsman – Electrical
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare shop drawings aligned with project specifications.
- Analyze IFC drawings and project requirements to draft shop drawings for consultant approval.
- Design building plans, equipment layouts, and electrical systems (Lighting, Power, ELV, etc.).
- Draft sectional/elevation drawings and installation details for electrical installations.
- Create as-built drawings and O&M manuals upon project completion.
- Ensure compliance with Bahrain EWA regulations in all drawings.
- Design cable trays and calculate voltage drops/tables.
- Draft LV and HV system drawings and obtain consultant approval.
- Assist with technical documentation, including Bill of Material preparation.
- Collaborate with engineers and managers for drawing approvals.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Strong AutoCAD 2D and 3D MAX proficiency.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, and hotel projects.

HVAC Technician
Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems.
- Provide services for air conditioning and heating equipment across various sectors.
- Interpret technical documents such as electrical schemes and piping diagrams.
- Foster positive customer relationships through excellent service.
- Perform field operations for HVAC systems under general supervision.
- Diagnose system malfunctions and escalate issues as needed.
- Start up, install, and commission systems as per regulations and standards.
- Test systems and write software modifications where necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant qualifications in HVAC or refrigeration.
- Preferred state licensing for HVAC technicians.
- Proven experience in similar roles.
- Strong communication skills.

- خبرة في مجال الإنشاءات بالخليج.

رسام هندسي – كهرباء
الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- إعداد الرسومات الهندسية بما يتماشى مع مواصفات المشروع.
- دراسة الرسومات والمتطلبات لإنشاء رسومات للموافقة.
- تصميم مخططات المباني وأنظمة الكهرباء.
- إعداد الرسومات التفصيلية للتركيبات الكهربائية.
- إنشاء رسومات "كما تم التنفيذ" وكتيبات التشغيل والصيانة.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح هيئة الكهرباء والماء البحرينية.
- تصميم القنوات وحساب انخفاضات الجهد.
- الحصول على موافقة الاستشاري على أنظمة LV و HV.
- مساعدة المهندسين في توثيق التقارير الفنية.
المتطلبات
- خبرة تزيد عن 5 سنوات في المجال.
- بكالوريوس هندسة كهربائية.
- إتقان استخدام AutoCAD 2D و 3D MAX.
- خبرة في مشاريع سكنية وتجارية وصناعية.

فني تكييف

- تشخيص الأعطال وتصعيد المشكلات عند الحاجة.
- بدء تشغيل الأنظمة وتركيبها بما يتماشى مع اللوائح.
