Provide efficient customer service in the IKEA Restaurant and Bistro to satisfy customer needs and to strengthen IKEA's position as the best home furnishing store.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Prepare food and beverages for customers in the food line; prepare hot/cold food according to food preparation standards
Ensuring your area of responsibility is clean, tidy, attractive and inviting. You also ensure products are in perfect condition and correctly priced at all times
Ensure all food sales are processed in an accurate and timely manner
Follow all internal and external food handling methods, health and safety, safety and sanitation regulations and guidelines
