Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Head Chef located in Manama. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing the culinary team, and ensuring the quality and consistency of the food. You will also be involved in menu planning, ordering supplies, and maintaining food safety standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role (Japanese fusion / nikkei/ Robata/ sushi/ all around chef)
Strong culinary skills and a passion for food
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and international cuisines
Ability to create and develop recipes
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred
Food safety certification is required
