Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the Greater São Paulo Area. As a Sales Manager at W Delights, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, managing a team of sales representatives, establishing sales objectives, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Knowledge of the wedding industry and trends
Results-oriented and goal-driven mindset
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
