Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
? Schedule and create work orders for maintenance, service repairs and replacements.
? Review and process work orders and purchase orders.
? Procure parts for scheduled repairs and track down parts for emergency repairs.
? Provide estimated costs for repairs when requested by customers.
? Review field-generated paperwork and prepare for quotation and invoicing.
? Dispatch technicians to emergency service calls.
? Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
? Monitor technician schedules for timely completion of work orders.
? Assist with inventory management and ordering of parts and supplies.
? Provide support to technicians in the field.
? Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma or equivalent in any field
• 2-5 years of service industry experience in managing service operations
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of safety regulations in the service industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
