Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and service for HVAC systems.
- Develop Business Plans. Responsible in Execution of Service maintenance contracts, AMC Contracts, retrofit projects, service & repair, warranty, and Spare parts.
- Focus on converting business into aftermarket sales.
- Maintenance of HVAC systems in various settings.
- Responding to service sales requirements including replacements and AMCs.
- Emphasizing solution service business and energy efficiency initiatives
- Conducting on-site inspections and diagnostics, understanding client needs, and preparing proposals.
- Post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HVAC Sales Service or Facilities Management Field.
- Bachelor/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Good communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
