About the job
Unity Infotech is hiring ITSM and vendor coordinators to work onsite in Bahrain.
It is an onsite opportunity and highly prefer someone who can join immediately to 30 days.
Role to be performed:
1. Support the implementation of ITIL related processes within the IT department
2. Support the IT Governance team in ensuring that the policies and procedures are maintained and implemented.
3. Coordination and management of IT vendors, including vendor registration, maintenance contracts administration, liaising with Procurement Department, maintaining vendor database and records, etc
4. Coordination with other IT teams on the IT governance and related activities
5. Compilation of vendor statistics and KPIs
6. Vendor evaluation and rating
Qualifications & Experience:
1. ITIL Foundation certified
2. 1-4 years experience in IT department with vendor coordination
3. Worked in a large IT department and understand the complexities and requirements of the IT governance and vendor
