Sales Manager
About the job
This position is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Our company requires an account manager with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities. B2B sales, marketing and strategic analysis are important aspects of the position, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
Responsibilities
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Provide technical service & consultation on product understanding for new and existing customers’ accounts / projects.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Provide trustworthy feedback and post-sales support.
Discuss and analyze technical needs with R&D product/application development team.
Build long-term sustainable relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Generate sales opportunities with new customers; ensure growth of sales in the responsible region.
Educate and support distributors on TSRC´s product knowledge and business philosophy including product information, troubleshooting, problem solving etc.
Co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s safety & health rules and regulations.
Perform other duties assigned by management that fall within the generally expected scope of this position
