Project Summary:
This project focuses on the comprehensive decommissioning of existing Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) systems and their migration to a new platform. We seek a highly motivated project manager with experience in analytics to oversee the end-to-end process, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities:
Decommissioning and Migration Management:
Develop and execute a phased decommissioning plan Analytics systems, managing the migration process chapter-by-chapter (infrastructure to infrastructure).
Oversee the migration of data across all platforms, ensuring data integrity and adherence to best practices.
Prepare the environment for a successful go-live, including data cleansing, validation, and user training.
Dependency Management & Risk Mitigation:
Proactively identify dependencies within workstreams related to infrastructure and application changes.
Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address dependencies and keep the overall project on track.
Continuously monitor and update risks associated with decommissioning, migration, and go-live phases, taking proactive steps to minimize their impact.
