Description
We are looking for a skilled Restaurant manager to join our team in an international cuisine restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the restaurant's day-to-day operation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house restaurant operations
-Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
-Manage and mentor staff, including scheduling training and performance evolutions
-Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
-Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
-Organize and supervise shifts
Requirements
-At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within international cosine preferred.
-Strong leadership and management skills
-Ability to create and execute menu plans that reflect the restaurant's cuisine and brand.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
