Comp based on exp, circa $150k USD + equity (paid in local salary, GBP, EUR etc)
Reporting into the CEO
Currently a ~85 person business looking to ~2x this year
We are seeking a Head of Product / CPO for a leading, profitable, SaaS B2B business. This is a fully remote position across EMEA. This position would suit someone with extensive experience working in an EOR (Employer of Record), Global Payroll or a B2B Fintech.
Strategic Product Planning:
Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap whilst ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals.
Conduct research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to uncover opportunities for product enhancements.
Define success metrics and performance indicators to measure how effective product initiatives are.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead and Mentor a team of Product Managers, providing guidance and support.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Product Development and Execution:
Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle, from cradle to grave (concept to release to iteration).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, and Design, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Drive Agile methodologies and best practices.
