IT Decision Engine Optimization
About the job
Job Purpose:
· Develop, enhance, and document the Decision Engine processes.
· Analyze new business requirements and implement the solution using best industry practices.
· Properly maintain the Git Repository for decision engine code
· Understand the process of loan processing cycle and assist in Altitude Contact Center system as well as front end systems as needed.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
· Liaise with business teams to identify and resolve defects in systems.
· Manage system support activities as required.
Generic Accountabilities:
· In-dept Knowledge of SQL database and SQL development
· General knowledge of operating systems, network and computer hardware and IT infrastructures
· Flexible and self-motivated.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
· Support other team members in their roles as and when needed.
Support Tech Lead during sprint grooming sessions.
