Responsibilities:
Overseeing Mining Operations: Lead and manage all mining operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all sites.
Site Buildout: Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to optimise the buildout of mining sites for maximum efficiency.
Server Maintenance: Ensure smooth and efficient operation of servers at all mining sites.
Monitoring Team Leadership: Lead the monitoring team to maintain high uptime and promptly address any server issues.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with mining operations, handling emergencies as they arise.
Site Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence at various locations to assess suitability for mining operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
