Job Description:
Madi International is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage and execute merchandising strategies in Bahrain and Dammam.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor merchandising plans in retail environments in both Bahrain and Dammam.
Regularly travel to Dammam to ensure consistency and excellence in visual merchandising standards.
Liaise with store managers and staff to optimize product placement and promotions.
Conduct inventory checks and coordinate stock replenishment.
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on shopping trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Experience in retail merchandising or a similar field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel to Dammam twice a week.
Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Drivers license is a MUST
