About the job
Responsibilities
Support in Developing a comprehensive leasing strategy for the appointed retail assets.
Sourcing retail concepts, provide a detailed analysis of the concepts including financial projections and suitability based on the retail mix and approved budget.
Connecting with various brands and leasing out the vacant spaces in malls with best rates.
Support End to end negotiations of lease process.
Support in collecting detailed data for reports for management as per company process.
Help in collecting and verifying the leasing documentation process.
Present to the management on retail trends and develop business plans reflective of current market demands as required.
To attend all necessary training, seminars, conventions and other sessions as deemed necessary for the duties assigned to the position.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail leasing.
Must possess excellent presentation, interpersonal communication skills.
Must possess excellent organization and time management skills.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work hard and smart under pressure.
Driving license will be added advantage.
Preference for local nationals.
