Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Network Dispatch / Hands and Break-Fix Support Technicians to join our project with one of the largest banks in India. The role involves providing on-site support and technical assistance at designated sites as per the scope of work outlined below.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to tickets and dispatch to designated sites promptly, ensuring arrival within 4 hours of the ticket being opened.
Perform hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of network devices and equipment.
Ensure service restoration within SLA for device downtime, link issues, and connectivity problems.
Identify and utilize appropriate tools and equipment for various tasks, including cable types identification, basic command execution, and device connectivity.
Maintain inventory of standard devices and tools carried during site visits.
Adhere to security protocols and carry valid Government ID proof at all times.
Demonstrate basic knowledge of networking principles and cable management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Network Technician or similar role.
Proficiency in connecting to and configuring various network devices.
Familiarity with common network equipment makes and models.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
