Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management:
Manage campaigns across the entire lifecycle, from acquisition to EMOD (Early Month on Book) and LCM (Lifecycle Management).
Collaborate with various stakeholders including partners, merchants, loyalty teams, corporate communication, marketing, and finance to ensure campaign success.
Gather analytics required for marketing input based on NBB (Net Badged Billing) data.
2. Program Assessment and Planning:
Develop a deep understanding of the client's business and priorities.
Evaluate and quantify client-specific opportunities and risks in the local market context and incorporate them into realistic business cases.
Provide an external perspective and benchmark client performance against competitors.
Support the setup, implementation, and certification of client's products and services, including migration to the client's new Card Management System
Plan and support the implementation and launch of other client's-provided services such as MTLS, Pay with Rewards, and World Elite.
