About the Job
The Senior Executive Support to the Board will ensure effective governance by facilitating board meetings, supporting the Chair and Sub-Committees, and overseeing legal compliance. They will coordinate trustee recruitment and engagement with network members and Global Ambassadors, draft communications, and provide strategic feedback to the CEO. Additionally, they will collaborate with the Executive Leadership Group and manage the Chief Executive's office.
Skills and experience required
Experience of providing company secretarial activities and working closely with a Board of Trustees
Significant experience of providing executive support to senior management
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work well with staff and trustees from a wide range of countries and cultures.
