Inviting applications for the role of Solution Architect - Kinaxis RapidResponse
As a Kinaxis RapidResponse Solution Architect, you’ll work externally with clients to help identify their most pressing supply chain and operational challenges, and internally collaborate with your colleagues to design, develop, deploy, and support solutions. Work on multifaceted projects that demand analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
You’ll work with clients to improve their strategies, processes and operational alignment. Our focus is on technology-enabled business transformation. Projects range from short, multi-week assessments to phased multi-month design and implementations and everything in-between. The variety of projects provides the Solution Architect with a dynamic and highly challenging opportunity to grow and learn.
Your Role
The Solution Architect is a key member of our implementation team. A leader with deep system implementation experience, you will be the main point of contact between the client and consulting team. You will be involved in driving requirements gathering sessions, developing a solid design and working with their teammates to execute a smooth implementation. The solution architect's process typically involves recommending the most appropriate technology for the client based on the architect’s expertise.
