Role Overview
We're seeking a Marketing and Events Coordinator to help us expand our events. You'll play a key role in planning and executing events, working with vendors, crafting engaging agendas, and using social media to increase our reach.
As the onsite coordinator, you'll ensure each event runs smoothly. If you're a college graduate who loves marketing and events, and you want to make a big impact in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage marketing events from start to finish.
Coordinate with vendors to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Create event agendas.
Promote events on social media.
Track event attendance and satisfaction.
Be the go-to person for setup, issues, and teardown.
Track and report on registration numbers and other metrics.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Bahraini Fresh Graduate
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Familiarity with Bahrain's market is preferred.
About a year of experience in marketing and/or communications, including internships.
Strong proficiency in Google apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft.
Active on social media (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
Highly organised with attention to detail.
