We are seeking multiple experienced OT Security Consultants to join our team in any of the above locations.
As an OT Security Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing robust security solutions for operational technology (OT) environments. Your expertise will be crucial in safeguarding industrial control systems, networks, and critical infrastructure from cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of OT environments to identify security risks, vulnerabilities, and compliance gaps.
Design and develop tailored security strategies and solutions to protect OT systems, including industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, and PLCs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into existing OT infrastructure and processes.
Implement security measures such as network segmentation, access controls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions.
Provide guidance and recommendations for incident response planning and execute incident response procedures when necessary.
Stay updated on emerging threats, technologies, and best practices in OT security, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on OT security posture and risk mitigation strategies.
Support the development and delivery of OT security training and awareness programs for internal teams and clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on OT security or industrial cybersecurity.
Proficiency in assessing and securing OT environments, including knowledge of ICS protocols, such as Modbus, DNP3, and OPC.
Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to OT security, such as NIST SP 800-82, IEC 62443, and ISA/IEC 62443.
Experience with security assessment tools, penetration testing, and vulnerability management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, or CISA are desirable.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Native Languages is a plus.
