Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Client Servicing. The Senior Executive Client Servicing will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring content and marketing materials are as per customer satisfaction. This also includes:
• Management of all communications with client and client reps
• Complete ownership of brand
• Collaboration and coordination with other team members to ensure all requirements are met
• Preparation of monthly progress reports
• Weekly progress calls with clients
• Monthly in-person meetings with clients
• Oversee photography and videography shoots (including preparing shooting plan, scouting locations and direction)
• Write captions when required
• Post social media content when required
• Story coverage during events
• Assistance in planning and execution of offline activations
• Delegating tasks appropriately as per priority
