We are seeking an experienced Applied Catalyst Technology Engineer to join our team and provide technical support to our customers in the Syngas application . The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our customers' operations by providing technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance across the Middle East and Africa .
Responsibilities
Providing Technical service including Clariant Service Portal
Plan and execute onsite service of responsible applications such as loading / startup / trouble shooting
Ensure proper equipment / tools to be used for responsible applications
Supervise / Operate / Manage the loading machines / tools during technical service
Provide performance evaluations / predictions / projections
Conduct customer's operating optimization to achieve maximum catalysts' performance
Sales Tandem Partner
Support sales with existing customers by organizing frequent technical meetings
Analyze and understand client's technology in detail, offer appropriate technical solution
Conduct technical communication / calculations and responsible for the documentation of results.
Collecting data, market information from the customers
