Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own one of our products and work within our product team in order to deliver the best software solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience building loyalty programs, improving referrals, and building automated workflows to improve conversion rates.
Main Responsibilities
Conceptualize, design, and implement loyalty and referral programs from scratch. This includes setting strategic goals, defining program mechanics, and measuring success
Analyzing and crunching data to inform product decisions
Designing and implementing automated workflows to enhance product processes. This encompasses workflows for user activation, retention, and referral acquisition, ensuring a seamless user experience while optimizing operational efficiency
Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage these channels for product visibility and user growth
