Role Overview
We’re looking for a Documentation Intern with a sharp eye, steady pace, and integrity at Calo while contributing to our overall retail menus development process maintenance in our database. You’ll be working closely with our Food team on functions that include: transferring written data to an online database and verifying the accuracy of existing data, recording the new formulations and testing of new recipes and the improved existing recipes.
Main Responsibilities
Document the brainstormed ideas for new products or existing product modifications/add-ons
Keep record of analysis and evaluations trial results
Identify problematic areas and gaps in data documentation and report it with proposed solutions
Scan documents and print files, when needed
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to the team`s needs and priorities
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documentation of recipes
Generate reports and store completed work in designated locations in order
Perform related duties and special projects as assigned
Comply with data integrity and security policies
