Job Description
This role will be paid a flat monthly rate of up to $4,000**
Lead Designer
What you'll be working on
Designing new components and features such as dashboard interfaces and project management UI elements to bring value to our clients
Iterating on existing designs based on user research and customer feedback
Prototyping and wireframing new features and tools
Responsibilities
Lead the full scope of design at Luna
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Translate business requirements into effective and easy-to-use visual designs
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
Continuously improve and optimize existing designs
Requirements
4+ years of experience designing dashboarding and reporting solutions for SaaS products
Expertise with information architecture, interaction design, and visual design
Proficiency with common design and prototyping tools like Figma
Experience designing for business-to-business software as a service (Saas) applications
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and in a fast-paced startup environment
