Our client is a leading FMCG company in GCC, looking to hire the Senior Sales Manager - Modern Trade for Bahrain. It's a national role which will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and profitability through effective management of the modern trade channel. This role involves developing and implementing strategic plans to expand market share, build strong relationships with key accounts, and drive revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the modern trade sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive business growth in the modern trade channel
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and threats in the modern trade segment
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional activities and trade marketing initiatives
