Position Overview: DB Schenker Bahrain is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as Business Development Executive. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to contribute to the Business Development and strategic decision-making processes of our organization.
Keep, develop and secure business within an assigned portfolio of new and existing customers. Monitors and penetrates the market to acquire new business within the assigned geographical area or targeted industry segments. Measured against defined KPI’s leading to revenue, volume and profitable growth.
Ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute sales visits to both existing and prospect customers selling the whole range of products (Air/Ocean/Land)
2. Enter all relevant data in CRM, Ensure complete and current client information. (potential, tradelanes, decision makers, record communication, etc)
3. Manage opportunity pipeline (actual data and stages)
Review the portfolio sales performance and prepares for sales meetings, weekly debriefs and sales reviews
4. Form professional and appropriate relationships with decision makers
5. Provide feedback on potential process improvements
