Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Capital Governorate, Bahrain. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods. Your day-to-day tasks may include preparing and baking doughs, fillings, and icings, decorating pastries, coordinating with other kitchen staff, and ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role in a professional kitchen
Knowledge of various baking techniques and pastry styles
Ability to follow recipes and create new pastry recipes
Strong attention to detail and creative skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Food safety and hygiene knowledge
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
