• ممثلو مركز الاتصال

• مديرو المبيعات عبر الهاتف

ستكون بمثابة حلقة الوصل الرئيسية بين شركتنا وعملائنا - إدارة المكالمات وتقديم الدعم وتحويل العملاء المحتملين إلى مبيعات.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

إجراء عدد كبير من المكالمات الصادرة والتعامل مع الاستفسارات الواردة.
إشراك العملاء بثقة ووضوح واهتمام.
الترويج للمنتجات أو الخدمات للعملاء المحتملين.
تسجيل نتائج المكالمات وأنشطة المتابعة بدقة.
تلبية أو تجاوز أهداف المكالمات اليومية وأهداف المبيعات.
التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق لتحسين الأداء.
