Key Responsibilities

• Execute fleet sales and marketing activities with professionalism and courtesy

• Build strong rapport and trust with clients to secure long-term business

• Gather market intelligence and maintain deep knowledge of automotive trends

• Assist customers with registration, insurance, and vehicle delivery procedures

• Prepare sales reports and documentation in a timely and accurate manner

• Represent the brand at client meetings, trade shows, and business events

• Provide prompt assistance and a high standard of customer service

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations

Qualifications

• School-level or Diploma education preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Fleet Sales or similar roles

• جمع معلومات السوق والحفاظ على المعرفة العميقة باتجاهات السيارات

• مساعدة العملاء في إجراءات التسجيل والتأمين وتسليم السيارة

• إعداد تقارير المبيعات والوثائق في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة دقيقة

• تمثيل العلامة التجارية في اجتماعات العملاء والمعارض التجارية والفعاليات التجارية

• توفير المساعدة السريعة ومستوى عالٍ من خدمة العملاء

• التعاون مع الأقسام الداخلية لضمان عمليات المبيعات السلسة

المؤهلات

• يفضل الحصول على تعليم على مستوى المدرسة أو الدبلوم

خبرة

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مبيعات الأسطول أو أدوار مماثلة
