Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in locating products that meet their needs
Stay up to date on promotions, payment and exchange policies, and store security guidelines
Maintain an organized and fully stocked storage room, informing management of overstock or restocking needs
Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays by item, size, and color as per direction
Process all types of customer payments and ensure a smooth cashier handover at shift changes

Qualifications

Bahraini National
1–2 years of experience in retail or customer service
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong customer relationship skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude
Organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment

البقاء على اطلاع دائم بالعروض الترويجية وسياسات الدفع والتبادل وإرشادات أمن المتجر.
الحفاظ على غرفة تخزين منظمة ومجهزة بالكامل، وإبلاغ الإدارة باحتياجات المخزون الزائد أو إعادة التخزين.
دعم جهود الترويج من خلال ترتيب العروض حسب العنصر والحجم واللون حسب الاتجاه.
معالجة جميع أنواع مدفوعات العملاء وضمان تسليم أمين الصندوق بسلاسة عند تغييرات الوردية.

المؤهلات

مواطن بحريني
خبرة من سنة إلى سنتين في مجال البيع بالتجزئة أو خدمة العملاء
سجل حافل بالوفاء بأهداف المبيعات أو تجاوزها
مهارات قوية في التعامل مع العملاء وموقف ودود وموجه نحو الخدمة
منظم وموثوق وقادر على العمل في بيئة بيع بالتجزئة سريعة الخطى
