Quantity Surveyor Opportunity  – Join Immediately and Elevate Landmark Projects 

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the cost estimation and quantity surveying processes

• Evaluate tender submissions, prepare BOQs, and cost plans

• Assist with contract negotiation and claims analysis

• Monitor project expenditures and forecast costs accurately

• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure budgetary alignment

• Prepare cost and financial reports for management review

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying

• Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, ideally within large construction or civil engineering projects

• Strong knowledge of contract law, project costing, and tendering procedures

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

• Immediate availability to join the Saudi office is required

المسؤوليات

• إدارة جميع جوانب عملية تقدير التكلفة ومسح الكميات

• تقييم عروض العطاءات وإعداد فواتير الكميات وخطط التكلفة

• المساعدة في التفاوض على العقود وتحليل المطالبات

• مراقبة نفقات المشروع والتنبؤ بالتكاليف بدقة

• ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التعاقدية والتنظيمية

• التعاون مع فرق المشروع متعددة الوظائف لضمان التوافق في الميزانية

• إعداد تقارير التكلفة والمالية لمراجعة الإدارة

المؤهلات

• بكالوريوس في مسح الكميات

• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مسح الكميات، ويفضل أن تكون ضمن مشاريع البناء أو الهندسة المدنية الكبيرة

• معرفة قوية بقانون العقود وتكاليف المشاريع وإجراءات العطاءات

• مهارات ممتازة في التحليل والتفاوض والتواصل

• يشترط التوفر الفوري للانضمام إلى المكتب السعودي
