Sales Executive - Operations and Store Management
Requirements:
Sales and customer service experience
Ability to manage daily store operations and follow security and safety procedures.
Proficiency in dealing with billing systems, attendance devices, and surveillance cameras
Ability to make operational decisions to ensure business continuity
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients
Main tasks:
Store opening and closing times according to mall hours
Monitor operational status and provide regular reports to the direct manager.
Receive customers and assist them in choosing the appropriate products
Providing accurate information about products and their features
Maintain good customer relationships and resolve any inquiries or problems.
