Description
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketing Officers to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy company services.
- A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. Past experience in Education field is highly recommended.
Requirements and skills:
- Male & Female below 35 years old
- Filipino & Indian nationalities are encouraged to apply
- Experience as telemarketer or similar sales/marketing role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English/Arabic is a plus
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Higher Diploma; BSc/Ba is a plus
