We are looking for an QS to join our construction companies engineering team,
job description;
candidates should have ---
- additional knowledge of MEP and Documentation works.
- Provide guidance and review of Valuation of variations, agreement of new rates,
- Issuing the Taking Over Certificates and Defects Liability Certificates.
- Support site teams to ensure that contractual requirements are complied with.
- Support site teams on contractual matters based on applicable Conditions of Contract.
- helping to estimate costs, material quantities and project timelines
- candidates should have an capacity to work independently
- job roles will be for different sites but the main priority will be for our short time projects
- candidates with dedicated and fully focused attitude will be appreciable
- salary will be based on your experience and skills.
