Trademark Manager
1. Managing the company’s intellectual property portfolio by identifying new opportunities for expansion and renewal of existing uses of intellectual property
2. Develop Company’s intellectual property strategy.
3. Primarily responsible for managing and directing the activities of outside counsel; actively assisting in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of domestic and foreign IP applications, including preparing arguments in response to office actions.
4. Propose and carry out intellectual property protection strategies for the company.
5. Drafting pleadings, affidavits, briefs, appeals, and other legal documents.
6. Review, approve and budget IP expenditure. Manage expenses to budget.
7. Knowledge of valuable intellectual property rights such as patents, technical data, trade secrets, licenses, copyrights, design, and most importantly trademarks.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Intellectual Property/Law or another related field.
- Highly knowledgeable on technical, scientific, and legal aspects of intellectual property.
- Experience in communication and coordination with international clients and associates is a MUST.
- Experience in international or Gulf areas for at least 5 years

2. تطوير استراتيجية الملكية الفكرية للشركة.
3. المسؤول الأول عن إدارة وتوجيه أنشطة المستشار الخارجي. المساعدة بنشاط في إعداد وحفظ ومقاضاة طلبات الملكية الفكرية المحلية والأجنبية، بما في ذلك إعداد الحجج ردًا على إجراءات المكتب.
4. اقتراح وتنفيذ استراتيجيات حماية الملكية الفكرية للشركة.
5. صياغة المرافعات والإفادات والمذكرات والطعون وغيرها من المستندات القانونية.
6. مراجعة نفقات الملكية الفكرية والموافقة عليها ووضع ميزانيتها. إدارة النفقات إلى الميزانية.
7. معرفة حقوق الملكية الفكرية القيمة مثل براءات الاختراع والبيانات الفنية والأسرار التجارية والتراخيص وحقوق التأليف والنشر والتصميم، والأهم من ذلك العلامات التجارية.
متطلبات العمل:
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الملكية الفكرية/القانون أو أي مجال آخر ذي صلة.
- - معرفة عالية بالجوانب التقنية والعلمية والقانونية للملكية الفكرية.
- الخبرة في التواصل والتنسيق مع العملاء والشركاء الدوليين أمر لا بد منه.
- -خبرة في المجالات الدولية أو الخليجية لمدة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات
