Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a SOA/AIA Administrator/L2 Support Specialist in Manama. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support, incident troubleshooting and resolving technical escalations for enterprise middleware solutions of SOA and AIA. The role also requires frequent stakeholder interactions and collaborations with development teams for project deliveries and migrations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SOA/AIA administration, middleware support, and troubleshooting.
- Must have experience working with Oracle SOA and AIA architecture design, administration, and deployment
- Extensive knowledge of operating systems such as Redhat, Oracle Linux, Windows, and Solaris
- Experience with Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, and WebLogic application servers
- Strong knowledge of web services technologies including REST, SOAP, and XML
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support for Java complex applications including middleware and database components
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, and Shell Scripting is a plus
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and to communicate effectively
- Ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
