Project Manager ( Pharma R&D)
- Lead the execution of cross-functional Pharma Quality vendor risk management projects.
- Define project scope and control, align stakeholders, plan resources, and manage risks.
- Lead project teams to meet objectives and gain approval through governance processes.
- Drive strategic problem-solving and solution-oriented thinking.
- Develop and maintain project timelines with critical milestones and resource constraints.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of investigational product management and/or controlled substance management in clinical trials preferred.
- Strong understanding of worldwide GxP compliance regulations and quality management procedures.
- Proven record of leading teams to deliver results and interact effectively with senior leadership.
- PMP or Project Management certification preferred.
- Process Excellence or Six Sigma training desirable.
- Demonstrated enterprise-wide knowledge preferred.

- قيادة تنفيذ مشاريع إدارة مخاطر بائعي جودة الأدوية متعددة الوظائف.
- تحديد نطاق المشروع والتحكم فيه، ومواءمة أصحاب المصلحة، وتخطيط الموارد، وإدارة المخاطر.
- قيادة فرق المشروع لتحقيق الأهداف والحصول على الموافقة من خلال عمليات الحوكمة.
- قيادة حل المشكلات الاستراتيجي والتفكير الموجه نحو الحلول.
- تطوير والحفاظ على الجداول الزمنية للمشروع مع المعالم الحاسمة وقيود الموارد.

- فهم قوي للوائح الامتثال العالمية لـ GxP وإجراءات إدارة الجودة.
- سجل مثبت لقيادة الفرق لتحقيق النتائج والتفاعل بفعالية مع القيادة العليا.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة PMP أو إدارة المشاريع.
- يفضل التدريب على التميز في العمليات أو Six Sigma.
- يفضل إظهار المعرفة على مستوى المؤسسة.
